Unlike traditional house sitting, our home watch service offers proactive, scheduled inspections based on a detailed multi-point checklist tailored to each property. During each visit, we assess the interior and exterior for signs of water damage, HVAC failure, pest intrusion, mold, storm damage, or other issues that can arise while a home is vacant. After every inspection, clients receive a comprehensive digital report with photos, along with immediate notification of any concerns.
Should problems be identified, we can coordinate with licensed, insured, and pre-screened service professionals to resolve them quickly. Our goal is always to prevent minor issues from turning into major repairs, saving you time, stress, and money.

In addition to scheduled home watch visits, we offer customized concierge services to make every arrival and departure seamless. Whether you’re returning for the weekend or the season, we can prepare your home for comfort and enjoyment—fresh linens, stocked pantry and refrigerator, clean towels, and even floral arrangements to welcome you home. Our concierge team can also schedule and supervise deep cleaning, carpet and drape services, window washing, and more.
When it’s time to depart, we’ll take care of shutting down the property properly: storing outdoor furniture, adjusting HVAC settings, securing windows and doors, unplugging unnecessary appliances, and setting security systems—all with the same care we’d give our own home.

Doug and Leticia are a husband-and-wife team with deep roots on Maryland’s Eastern Shore and a shared passion for service. Doug is a U.S. Air Force veteran who served in Special Forces as a Combat Controller, later transitioning into a successful 24-year career in medical sales specializing in cancer genomic testing.
Leticia, originally from California, is a proud mother of four grown children, with a professional background in the medical field and experience owning a thriving catering business. Her creativity shines as a professional interior decorator and home stager, making every space feel like home. Together, they founded Prestige Home Watch and Concierge Service, inspired by their own experience managing two residences. Built on trust, integrity, and attention to detail, their business provides peace of mind for homeowners who value personalized care.
